Being in your arms
I felt warm
You soothe my mind
With you, I seem to resign
I love your touch
I care for you and such
You mean a lot to me
With you, I seem free
I hold no resistance
I loved our dance
With Nina and You
I feel refreshed and new
You know how to make me feel good
Please hold me, if you would
I smile when you talk
I would like to go for a nice, long walk
With you, I could never do anything wrong
I dedicate "Ne Me Quitte Pas" as our song
My feelings slowly seem to be revealed
I care for you a great deal
I loved meeting with you again
It brings me back to memory lane
I know that the past was tough
I know that I hurt you, I also took it rough
I want to share so much with you
Myself, thinking too much, too few
You are special to me
Closer, I hope we'll be
I am not sure where we stand
I ask nothing in demand
But be you
Through and through
Words can say so much
Sometimes not enough
I hope there will be an "us"
But if there isn't, I will accept it, I guess
I leave all the ties to you
Be completely true
I want to give all I can
Me, I hope you can understand
I write in poetry
As it seems easier to me
I sometimes fear what I say
AS I am afraid it will push you away
I am honest and sincere
I'm blunt and to the point here
Please tell me what you feel
Tell me what you can reveal
A special friend
Stays true to the end
I hope you understand what I am saying
My love, I want to bring
Does this make sense?
Or am I talking nonsense?
Please write me back and tell me
This I ask of thee
